Preliminary adition to transing the internet webring, and tweaks and optimization to previous code regarding javascript to php rewrite, more concise and legible code functions.

(tentative) addition to transfem webring, this includes a write to the original javascript script to php (currently using local information for performance reasons). Have to update ID when properly accepted into the webring!
